Things to troubleshoot:
- Does your headset and PC have access to a wireless internet network?
- Has IT whitelisted the following IP ranges on that network?
- udp_10000-49999 stun-msturn (UDP/3478)
- Tcp_443
- Tcp_5671
- Tcp_5672
- Tcp_9350-9354
- udp_10000-49999 stun-msturn (UDP/3478)
- Are you logged into an admin account in the TAP organization that headset user is in?
