Getting Session Viewer to Work

Things to troubleshoot: 


  • Does your headset and PC have access to a wireless internet network?


  • Has IT whitelisted the following IP ranges on that network?
    • udp_10000-49999 stun-msturn (UDP/3478)
    • Tcp_443 
    • Tcp_5671 
    • Tcp_5672 
    • Tcp_9350-9354 
  • Are you logged into an admin account in the TAP organization that headset user is in?
